though those land drills had alrd killed me.

land drills :
burpees ; situps ; pushups ; jumpingjacks ; CHINUPS!
chinup was TERRIBLE.
at least i managed to do thrity out of fourty :D

sports heats.
four by one was FUN! we came in first in our heat((:
winning by a small margine. (phew)
cryst.hoon.jialun were so happy!
both secthree relay team got into finals :D
