during coaching, the water is like frigging frigging frigging COLD ! both my feet and hands were like numb. LIKE TOTALLY FROZEN. the kids were shivering, i was chattering away for like 3 hours and at the last lesson i cld no longer thnk ! i just stared at the freezing kid.
